All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the property of TAFERNTE Cooperative or its licensors and is protected by Moroccan and international intellectual property laws. You may not:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DABIHATI and TAFERNTE Cooperative disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DABIHATI AND TAFERNTE COOPERATIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or MAD 1,000, whichever is greater.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we believe you have:
Termination does not relieve you of your obligations under these Terms, including indemnification and liability provisions.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. We may delete your account data, listings, and content, subject to our data retention policies and applicable laws.
Disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved directly between the parties. DABIHATI may offer mediation services but is not obligated to intervene in user disputes. We are not responsible for resolving disputes or enforcing agreements between users.
If you have a dispute with DABIHATI or TAFERNTE Cooperative, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at contact@dabihati.com. We will work in good faith to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.
If informal resolution fails, any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Moroccan arbitration rules. The arbitration shall take place in Morocco, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Morocco for any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to any successor or affiliate without restriction.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
These Terms are provided in multiple languages for your convenience. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between language versions, the English version shall prevail.
